Paul Wood has travelled far since he saw the light of day on the banks of the River Mersey in England.  Early childhood had some interesting challenges and developments that shaped his path for the future. 
     Fates conspired to take him into a world of international travel. He went from Liverpool across Africa, through Asia, Europe and the Asia Pacific.  Paul chose to settle in the United States an has a home near Cedar Rapids, Iowa. 
     His first book, The Traveling Heart, was released November 2007.  His first children’s book, Here Comes Cousin Albert, illustrated by Steven Novak, was released in April of 2010.
