Stacy D. Shelton is a two-time breast cancer survivor and the award-winning author of Me, the Crazy Woman, and Breast Cancer: Strength and Inspiration for the Patient, Survivor, and Those Who Love Them.

She is also an award-winning former broadcast and print journalist. She now speaks publicly about her journey through cancer and the life lessons that remained. She also counsels families, patients, and survivors on dealing with life-threatening diseases. She is a CASA and a BRIDGES volunteer.

She lives in Oklahoma with her husband, Doug; daughter, Brealyn; and their dogs, Max and Teddy.
