Most notoriously she played "Miss Picky" on VH1's new reality series Tough Love, revealing her deliciously messy romantic life.

Abiola Abrams gives keynote addresses on women and empowerment at schools from NYU to The New School for Social Research. Her social issues art films (shorts and documentaries) have shown in festivals, museums and universities. She has a BA from Sarah Lawrence and an MFA from Vermont College of Fine Arts.
