First time author who self-published; "Letters from Otto". He was raised in a small farm community west of Rochester.  The short memoir traces his early childhood by reliving those times which were documented in over 60 letters.  The letters which were written in the late 50's and early 60's by his close friend and early high school girlfriends.  Mr. Quigley wrote the short memoir earlier this year after retiring from a successful career with IBM .  He now teaches as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Dayton and serves on a number of volunteer committee's.  He is currently writing stories about Santa who he played the role of for many years.
