He has been coaching people of all ages and from every walk of life for over 25 years; working with individuals, from young offenders, the unemployed and homeless through to company directors, managers and executives of FTSE 100 companies. Pad provides people with a powerful array of tools and techniques that enable individuals to take huge steps forward in their professional and personal lives.

An NLP Master Practitioner, author and speaker, he has conducted numerous training workshops and coaching sessions from the UK and Europe to the Far East.

He has appeared on ITV, BBC World Service, and Radio5 Live and quoted in The Guardian, The Independent and Telegraph.

Pad was also the original narrator and composer of the hugely successful Meditianment series of CDs.
