Whitney
Moore is an award winning indie author of multiple novels and short
stories. If that’s not enough she also holds a degree in graphic
design. She was born in 1894 (actually 1984) in Greensboro, NC
(American by birth English by choice). She started writing at 9 years
old. She also liked to draw and her first writing venture was a comic
book series called Cat Crusader (which I now just learned is a rip
off from Batman? Google is weird). By the time she was 20 she had
written her first full-length novel and soon after that began
freelancing as a writer for multiple websites .
She
has joined two cults one of which has been immortalised in her 2nd
novel (Youth For the Mission). Her third novel is about cupcakes and
existentialism (Cupcakes
and the Centre
of the Universe).
She is also the author of multiple short stories exploring everything
from being trapped inside a video game (Time Warp Troubles) to what
it would be like for a writer to encounter a villain of his own
creation (Chapter 14). Heavily influenced by the art world her books
transcend the realms of popular fiction delving into the surreal and
metaphysical often with a comedic spin.
Enjoy
the show.
