Sophie moved to Washington, D.C. after graduating from Penn State. When Sophie isn't writing, she enjoys stimulating the economy by hitting up the Georgetown sales, volunteering with the homeless, frequenting the neighborhood bars, hiking in Rock Creek Park, and spending time with her poodle. 

Talented is Sophie's first book, but the idea has been developing since high school.
