Klamidas Communications Ltd was founded by Duve Nakolisa in the 1990s. His vision was to build an organisation which would "develop and promote media-oriented goods and services designed to create, communicate or consolidate progressive ideas." Although it started as a book-publishing company, the company has diversified into other aspects of the media sector. Klamidas is currently searching for book-marketing-technological companies abroad with whom it could partner to market Nigerian and African books within and outside the region.
