Nancy Fox-Kilgore, M.S. has helped thousands of people discover the connection between bullying and sibling abuse. She is a frequent speaker and university continuing education teacher. Nancy has appeared on many radio and television programs, and she has been featured in Sacramento Bee and many other newspapers and magazines. She is the author of Every Eighteen Seconds, The Sourcebook For Working With Battered Women, and Girl In The Water: A Personal story of Sibling Abuse.  She is endorsed by the United States Department of Justice for Crime Victims.
