A nurse of 25 years with her first foray into the world of publishing. Shirley has written and directed plays for church as well as writing materials for Sunday School and VBS. She belongs to the art council, extension, agriculture, and 4-H councils. She is active in communtiy theatre and improve theatre. She belongs to Night Writers writing group and Red Scooter reading group.
