My name is Leola Butler and I recently published Trapped By A Dream: When Fates Collide. My book recounts the true stories of the recovery of abducted and exploited children performed by my husband of thirty-six years, A.E. "Boots" Butler. Trapped By A Dream: When Fates Collide chronicles the rescue of a Russian girl who is abducted and held prisoner in a house of prostitution in Amsterdam. 

I reside in the scenic Olympic Peninsula of Washington State. I have been the secretary/treasurer of the non profit organizatin Somewhere Out There  for the last seventeen years. Our cause is to rescue missing, kidnapped, and runaway children. I majored in Criminal Justice at Washington State University. When I am not writing, I enjoy spending time with my family, working as a caregiver, and am a devoted mother and grandmother.
