Elaine Rilley has been a parent educator in St. Paul's ECFE Program for 23 years. She also taught junior and senior high students for 22 years. Elaine holds a Parent Educator License. She is a graduate of Mary Grove College and has done graduate work at the University of Minnesota and Hamline University. Elaine and her husband, Jim, live in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. They have two adult children and two grandchildren.
