Having written many paranormal stories, I was interested in the challenge of writing on in the genre of Magic Realism. When researching, I came across the Cutting of the Cords ritual. I was intrigued by its potential to heal people after a bad relationship ends, but my overactive brain made the connection to the sensual side of bondage with the tying of the ropes. So, it was a first for me in writing on both accounts!
