I've been writing since the age of 9. That's, umm... a lot of years. Almost 25 of those years were spent writing poetry, and I've been fortunate enough along the way to have won an award, been published in a national poetry magazine and had the pleasure of performing stand-up poetry. Writing poetry is something I continue to return to time and time again.
