This is honestly not a plot I’ve seen before, so I think
if you do some work you could have an excellent story. I LOVE the
hospital part. I’m afraid I didn’t leave as many comments there, but
only because I was so engaged that I stopped being a judge and instead
acted as a reader. I didn’t want that part to end. So. If you rework
your beginning, and keep the second part just as strong, I could see
you re-entering this into other contests and winning hands down.
