This book is awesome. It was both classic and hot. There was no vulgarity that most common novels retain these days and the humor was dead on. I had only planned on reading for a little while when I started the book and ended up changing my plans so that I could finish it. That should explain it all ;)

For the past several months, I've avoided peer reviews because I don't think readers take us seriously, but this book changed my mind. Reading with an internal editor always working is very difficult, but Karen Cote managed to bypass that infernal mechanism in my brain, draw me into her story and made me laugh out loud at her feisty heroine and the hunky sheriff who doesn't let her pull any punches. I'm sure people sitting around me while I waited for my grandson to get out of school wondered what kept me giggling. It's a real, down-to-earth story that moves at a pleasant pace and keep you turning pages. Treat yourself to Erotic Deception...it has a little of everything and you're bound to love it.

I absolutely loved this book! I started reading it thinking I would read a few chapters for the day. Well that didn't happen! I could not put it down! I was so glad my hubby was home so he could deal with the kids while I read! The characters in the book were so relatable! I laughed out loud and gasped and kept saying oh my gosh! The author made me truly care for the characters and there well being! My hubby of course kept asking for me to fill him in.

You have to read it! It will keep you on the edge of your seat the entire time and you will not want to put it down!

I am excited for Karen Cote's next book! I can't wait!

I loved the heroine Lily, she was fresh,sexy,sassy,and unique! A very good read and entertaining. The interaction with the hero Jet was tense, sensual, and fun! I recommend this book and put it on my list of re-reads! Loved it!

An excellent, fast paced read. Lily and Jet sizzle right off the pages. Add in a couple murders, alot of deceit and devious villains, and I can't wait to read more from this author.

Erotic Deception held me from the beginning...when I was describing it to my daughter and telling her she HAS to read it to, I told her...the book grabbed me from the worm.

I know how weird that sounds, but anyone who can make a worm stand out, that's someone with a full blown ability to give the reader a ride well worth taking.

Not once could I put my Kindle down. I had a delivery, and I usually love seeing my mail lady, but I actually snarled at her because I wanted to get back to my Kindle and the sassy, saucy, brillant Dr. Lily Delaney and her unique spin on accident causations. Good Lord Dr. Delaney knows how to blame one and all...well...except for herself, but you'll understand when you read this story.

I loved the humor, loved the tension, some of it erotic, some of it edge of your seat, nail biting panic, and I loved the caustic interplay between Lily and the poor beleagured sheriff she decides needs her brand of sauce right between the eyes...oh and a few other places too...but again, you'll understand when you read the story.

You've GOT to read the story...trust me, you will so NOT be sorry.

From the time you start reading you can't put it down. As if you are right there watching everything happen. It keeps you right on the edge of your seat wanting to know what is going to happen next. I just love the little guy that starts some of the excitement (worm). This author has it together. I'm not much of a reader but this one got my attention. I purchased 2 of these books and will get 3 more for Christmas gifts.
